Arabba
Arabba is located below the highest point of the Dolomites - Punta di Penia towering to a height of 3,344 m above sea level. This peak is part of Marmolada, also called the Queen of the Dolomites. In terms of sports, Arabba is on top among alpine resorts.
The combination of the Marmolada glacier, open terrains and the direct connection via the Sella Ronda to other well-known resorts in Val Gardena, Alta Badia and Val di Fassa is simply brilliant. Theoretically, more than 1,000 km of ski pistes can be used in this famous area.
In summer, it is a popular destination to satisfy most sports-oriented tourists. Whether you are a fan of alpine cycling, hiking (there are hundreds of km of marked trails), or more extreme sports such as paragliding or climbing, you will find here.
The big advantage is the village atmosphere of Arabba, which is unlike the mass complexes of other resorts. Add the quality of service, Italian cuisine and the hospitality of the locals, and it is clear that Arabba is one of Europe's most attractive destinations.
